4 Steps on How to Create a Positive Attitude

  1. Limit your time on the television. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of information on television that can erode a positive attitude.
  2. Find time to access material that will help you gain new insights. New knowledge is refreshing and can help train your mind to stay focused and sharp.
  3. Associate with positive people. The people you associate with can have a greater effect on your outlook than what you see or read in the media. Does your circle of friends and associates have a positive attitude? If not, it may be time to find a new crowd to hang out with. Seek out positive people at every opportunity.
  4. Take responsibility for your actions. If you assume responsibility for your actions, you’ll exercise more control over your own destiny.
