The Arlington, Dallas, and Fort Worth campuses of Everest College are approved and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Veterans Education Section, Austin, Texas. The three campuses have also received degree granting authority from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Austin, Texas.
Everest College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools to award academic Associates degrees and diplomas. The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
