Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency under the provisions of Chapter 33, Title 38, U. S. Code and subsequent legislation. ABHES is recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation (CORPA) to accredit institutions of allied health and medical assistant programs in the private sectors and medical laboratory technician programs in the private and public sectors.
