The Jacksonville campus of Everest University puts students first. We offer career-oriented diploma programs as well as associate, bachelor's, and master's degree programs. Our career training and life skills will help students excel in their chosen field.
The Everest Experience
There are a few important components to the Everest experience. We first start with experienced professionals in their field to lead a dynamic core team of instructors. Their inspirational journeys make classrooms come alive and with innovative projects and vibrant discussions, students find learning their new skill a much simpler task than through stuffy traditional auditorium-style classrooms.
Through small work teams and hands-on training, students are exposed to specialized attention and one-on-one guidance. Participating in lab and classroom demonstrations can help a student better understand and apply the information than through a boring lecture.
Training is only part of the Everest experience. Our Career Services team begins preparing students for their new career long before graduation day. They will get a chance to apply the skills they learn by practicing in a real-world environment with our medical and dental labs, computer labs, massage clinics and a resource center.
Student Activities
Each month, students can enjoy a variety of activities such as health fairs, sports day, blood drives, and Student Appreciation Week. Everest has clubs geared for students that help them maintain academic excellence and offers tutoring workshops as needed. Additionally, the campus offers job club meetings and career fairs.
