The Facility

Everest College’s Springfield campus is located at 1010 West Sunshine Street in central Springfield. The campus includes:

  • Large classrooms, including laboratory space
  • A student resource center where you'll find reading materials related to your academic programs as well as computers with full Internet access
  • Faculty and administrative offices

Campus Activities

Everest College’s Springfield campus offers a variety of activities and events to give you the complete student experience. These include the:

  • Igniter Ambassador Program – It’s always good to have a friend watching your back. Igniter ambassadors are fellow students chosen for their maturity, experience and leadership skills who make themselves available whenever you need help.
  • In-House Program Clinics – Prepare yourself for the working world with hands-on workshops in the skills you need to get a job – and get ahead!
  • CARE Program – If you need support with anything from finding child care and transportation to managing a family budget, the CARE program is here to give you the help you need.
  • GED Tutoring and Preparation – If you do not have a high school diploma, you can get help to prepare for your GED examination at no cost and no obligation!

Community Involvement

Campus Resources

Everest offers a number of resources that students can use to stay focused and complete their educational goals. If you are in need of assistance, we can also make recommendations. Feel free to speak with a student services representative if you have any questions. Everest College in Springfield offers the following:

  • Library hours, Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Transportation and Parking

The Springfield campus provides the following information on available transportation and parking:

  • Campus parking lot available at no cost
  • Access to Highway 65 and Interstate 44
  • Bus stops located directly in front of the campus, and also at Sunshine Street and Campbell, Sunshine Street and Missouri Street, and Fort Street and Sunshine Street
