Everest Military Spouses Benefits
Scholarships for Military Spouses
Everest College Online, a division of Everest College, Phoenix and Everest University Online, a division of Everest University, provides a scholarship for active duty personnel and their dependent spouse and children. Scholarship awards are 15% of tuition.
Distance Learning Programs
Everest University Online and Everest College Online offer degrees in career oriented programs that prepare students for the changing demands of employers.
Career Placement Services
Our full-time placement staff is dedicated to helping students put together job-winning resumes, getting ready for interviews and finding full-time employment opportunities. Career placement services are on-going after graduation -- and alumni may continue to use the services at any time. Career placement staff is available at all campuses across the United States.
Evening or Weekend Programs
Depending on the campus, students may take day, evening, or weekend classes.
College Credit
Everest accepts appropriate credits transferred from regionally or nationally accredited institutions, as well as credits earned through the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES subject testing, and certain other professional certification examination programs
In-State Tuition without Residency Requirement
As a proprietary school system with 107 schools in North America, Everest tuition is determined at each school.
Credit for Life Experience
The School accepts appropriate credits transferred from the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES subject testing, ACE military transcripts, prior learning assessment and certain other professional certification examination programs.
Degree and Diploma Programs
Everest offers short-term diploma programs and Associates, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees for occupations in demand. Program areas include health care, criminal justice and investigations, paralegal, business and information technology. Programs and schedules vary by campus.

Types of Programs
The following career fields of interest will be specifically highlighted as portable occupations for military spouses:
Healthcare
Healthcare programs include diplomas in Medical Assisting, Medical Administrative Assistant, Medical Insurance Billing and Coding, Dental Assisting, Pharmacy Technician and Massage Therapy. Our associate degree in Nursing program is offered at selected Everest campuses.
Information Technology
IT programs include Computer Information Science and Network and Internet Security Specialist.
Financial Management
We have career training programs in Accounting, Business and Masters of Business Administration.
